Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Support in the investigation of customer complaints to solve and prevent quality problems (error analysis)
  • Create and maintain SOC/MOCs and other documents such as process descriptions and instructions
  • Change process-relevant parameters
  • Support in problem solving in extrusion and printing
  • Check and determine critical process equipment and its documentation (maintenance support)
  • Maintain and expand PT Almanac
  • Statistical process monitoring using MiniTab or similar Software (Excel, Quality Window, etc.)
  • Development of a troubleshooting guide after qualification of special and new products or their revision
  • Tests to evaluate new products and tests to improve the quality of the respective products
  • Cooperation with external institutes and laboratories (scientific approach to process and quality improvement)
  • Development of recommendations to improve process equipment and operating procedures
  • Planning and supporting the commissioning of new system parts or new production systems (cross-divisional teamwork)
  • Support and collaboration in customer tests (print approvals & new customer business)
  • Preparation, implementation, evaluation of tests
  • Graphic coordination from the initial customer request to the first delivery
  • Independent communication with customers and suppliers
  • Close cooperation with customers to define product requirements and translate them into controllable process parameters
  • Creating and checking specifications for new products.
  • Internal optimization of the artwork processing workflow
  • External optimization of the artwork processing workflow with customer approval
  • Item administration (support activities)
  • Interface product launch (support product development, sales, purchasing, extrusion, printing)
  • Close cooperation with production manager and production teams

Qualifikationen

  • Completed master craftsman´s certificate or university degree with a technical background (preferably in the field of extrusion or flexographic printing)
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
