• Support and maintenance of master data (vendor records)
• Posting and resolving differences in consignment stock
• Creation and maintenance of standard costing
• Creation of cost allocation (operating statement (BAB)) based on actual and budgeted costs
• Support in the creation, evaluation, and interpretation of monthly target/actual variances and ad hoc analyses
• Preparation of quotation calculations
• Preparation of profit analysis/profit and loss statements
• Support for accounting
• Support in the creation of internal key performance indicators and monthly and annual financial statements (German Commercial Code and US GAAP), as well as the budget and forecast processes
• Collaboration with various departments to optimize cost structures and processes
• Participation in the design, creation, and interpretation of management reports and ad hoc analyses

• Betreuung und Pflege von Stammdaten (Lieferantenanlage)
• Buchung und Klärung von Differenzen der Konsignationslager
• Erstellung und Pflege der Standard Costing
• Erstellung der Cost Allocation (Betriebsabrechnungsbogen (BAB)) nach IST- und Budget-Kosten
• Unterstützung beim Erstellen, Auswerten und Interpretieren der monatlichen SOLL/IST-Abweichung sowie Ad hoc-Analysen
• Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen
• Erstellen von Profit Analysis / Gewinn- und Verlust-Rechnung
• Unterstützung der Buchhaltung
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der innerbetrieblichen Kennzahlen und der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (HGB uns USGAAP), sowie des Budget- und Forecast-Prozesses
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Optimierung der Kostenstrukturen und Prozessabläufe
• Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Erstellung und Interpretation von Managementreports und Ad-hoc-Analysen

• Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
